That's why I offer teletherapy services that allow you to connect with me from the comfort of your own home. Teletherapy sessions are secure, private, and convenient. These sessions require video and audio capability through a smart phone or computer.

chronic illness, chronic pain, caregiver stress, grief, and loss.

including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) , and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
